Buses ETM is a company of Intercity buses which was founded in 1962 in the village of Maullín near Puerto Montt. Buses ETM offers tickets for several important destinations in the south of Chile like for example from Santiago a Puerto Montt, Osorno, Temuco, Puerto Varas and Pucón. In addition, Buses ETM has several departure points from Viña del Mar and Valparaiso and offers transfers to the airport of Puerto Montt to Terminal Puerto Montt. The buses depart Santiago from Terminal Sur and Puerto Montt from Terminal Puerto Montt. At the route of Santiago a Osorno, Buses ETM competes directly with Tur Bus, Pullman Bus, Bus Norte and Thaebus.

Buses ETM offers the following categories of seats:
- Cama: Comfortable bus seats with a maximum recline of 65°. Including service on board, breakfast for long distance tours, blankets and tray support for feet.
- Cama Premium: Comfortable bus seats with a maximum recline of 180°. Including service on board, breakfast for long distance tours, blankets and tray support for feet.
